Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibility of a Theatre Team Member include, but are not limited to, the following: • Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner • Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register • Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium • Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system, studio admittance policy, and company policy • Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, alternative movie selections, and general theatre information • Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional and quality customer service manner • Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums • Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot, etc.) • Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment • Consistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areas • Complies with all local, state, and federal food safety laws • Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management • Assists with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management • Performs other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: • Must be at least 16 years of age • Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required • Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays • Requires regular and consistent attendance • Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift • Provides excellent Guest service • Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Shipping Delivery Driver This role supports the shipping and receiving department by safely delivering finished products to local customers and performing warehouse operations. The position combines box truck driving with inventory handling and forklift operation, ensuring accurate,timely, and efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities • Drive a box truck to deliver finished products to local customers in a safe and timely manner. • Work in the shipping and receiving department to support daily operational activities. • Perform inventory counting based on purchase orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy. • Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed using a sit-down forklift and other appropriate equipment. • Use the computer-based inventory system to enter, update, and verify inventory numbers and shipment details. • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including staging, labeling, and organizing outgoing and incoming products. • Balance duties with approximately 50% of the time spent driving and 50% loading and handling inventory with a sit-down forklift. • Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to driving, forklift operation, and warehouse activities. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the truck, loading areas, and warehouse spaces. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues. Essential Skills • Proven experience working in a shipping and receiving department. • Box truck driving experience with a clean driving record (subject to MVR review for the past 3–5 years). • Proficient sit-down forklift operation for loading and unloading trucks and trailers. • Demonstrated experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. • Ability to use computer systems for inventory entry and tracking. • Strong attention to detail when counting inventory and verifying purchase orders. • Capability to perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials. • Reliability and punctuality to support delivery schedules and warehouse operations.
