These terms govern your use of JobPulse, operated by Talentify, Inc DBA JobPulse ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

What we do

JobPulse is a job search engine. We aggregate job listings from partner job networks and employers and link you to their sites to apply. We are compensated by partners when you click through to a listing. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter for the jobs listed, and we play no role in hiring decisions.

Job listings come from third parties

• Listings are provided by third-party networks and employers. We work to keep them fresh, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, still open, or that stated pay reflects what an employer will offer.
• When you click Apply you leave our site. The destination site's own terms and privacy policy apply there, and we are not responsible for its content or practices.
• We do not guarantee you will obtain employment through the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the service with bots, scrapers, or other automated means;
• Generate artificial clicks or impressions, or otherwise interfere with our metrics;
• Copy, republish, or resell the service or its content;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may block or terminate access that violates these rules.

Intellectual property

The JobPulsename, design, and software are ours or our licensors'. Job listing content belongs to its respective owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
