Responsibilities • Blends delicious tasting smoothies. • Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. • Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience • Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. • Performs opening and/or closing duties. • Performs store checklist tasks. • Shows up on time and ready to work. • Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Qualifications • Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude. • Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. • One or more of the following required: • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. What You'll Do: This is a Part-Time Hourly Position As a Sales Associate, you will be dedicated to understanding customers' needs and following through in offering meaningful and unique solutions. This includes cash handling, inventory count and deposits, and maintaining store appearance. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: • Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. • Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders. • Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms. • Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs. • Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend. • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in our stock room areas. • Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day. Sales Associates are expected to model reliability a flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store. Generally, Sales Associates are expected to: • Work nights or mornings to open or close the store. • Be able to work key peak business days/hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). • Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open. Sales Associated must be at least 18 years of age.
