Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation Clerk. Position Overview: As a Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and documentation related to our clients and their contracts. You will work closely with our team of agents and consultants to maintain and update records, as well as assist with quality control processes to ensure the highest level of service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify data and documents related to client contracts and agreements - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data or documentation - Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of client information - Communicate with team members to ensure all necessary information is accurately documented - Assist with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems for data management and documentation - Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to company policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, quality control, or data documentation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data management systems - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of sports industry and contracts is a plus Working Conditions: This is a full-time, remote position. The candidate must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client needs.
