Philbrook Museum Of Art Host Philbrook Museum of Art is looking for a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic individual to join the Guest Experience team. Our Host role will facilitate fun, memorable, and quality experiences for guests, and provide a safe and secure environment for the Museum's guests, staff, volunteers, collections, facilities and grounds. The Guest Experience Host will station in and move through the Museum's facilities, galleries, and grounds, proactively engaging with and assisting guests, and ensuring the safety of people and artwork, with the goal of exceeding guest expectations. Philbrook Museum of Art is a vibrant cultural institution in Tulsa, Oklahoma that welcomes approximately 150,000 visitors each year. A 1920s Italianate Villa nestled in 25 acres of designed gardens, the Museum features selections from an actively growing collection of approximately 16,000 objects as well as a dynamic and ambitious program of rotating exhibitions. What You Will Do: • Perform and execute high performance guest experience and safety operations by stationing and moving throughout the Museum's campus (inside and out) • Welcome guests, proactively engage with guests to provide information and answer questions related to the Museum, Collection, Gardens, programmatic offerings, and amenities • Help maintain the safety of people and artwork by communicating visitor guidelines and enforcing safety and security procedures • Support ongoing efforts to ensure institutional accessibility and inclusion; respond to guest inquiries and complaints; collect and share visitor feedback; and maintain a safe and organized appearance in all locations • Assist a team of Guest Experience Sales Associates during peak attendance times by greeting guests and scanning digital tickets at the Museum's admissions desk • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and professionalism when interacting with Philbrook Members and the public. • Share any relevant information with management and other departments to ensure a successful outcome daily. Interactive Content And Design Specialist This position exists to create interactive, engaging content and design for courses in the online/hybrid format. This position must answer the needs and employ learning models of multiple PEC schools and create and design courses for the student needs within the structure of adult learning theory and online delivery format by performing the following duties. Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Utilizing their professional expertise, develop courses that address student/learner needs in desired areas. • Provides academic content and instructional design that includes appropriate instructional organization and development of learning activities for online/hybrid courses based on curriculum determined by the school, selection of course materials and supplementary materials for online/hybrid courses and determining appropriate course evaluation methods for student progress and final grade assessment in online/hybrid courses. • Utilizes approved academic philosophy and specific learning model of each school along with employing adult learning theory and online course delivery knowledge. They adhere to methods of authentic assessment that best measure the student's performance in the specified master course outcomes. • Adheres to a student-centered philosophy of learning where the student learning experience is the focal point of the online educational delivery. All course evaluation methods, learning activities, and instructional design are based on a student-centered, constructivist philosophy along with the adaptation of content to meet various student learning styles so learning is enhanced for each learner. • Partners with a subject matter expert for course development and learning assessment according to their respective academic qualifications. Instructional Designers must demonstrate the ability to research and map existing course content, textbook content, proprietary and third-party content to master course outcomes. • Collaborates on several courses/programs at the same time while completing the development of all of the sections of a course within aggressive timelines based on launch dates and team timelines for completion. Waste Management is seeking Diesel Mechanics to inspect, maintain, and repair diesel-powered garbage trucks and heavy equipment used for waste collection operations. Diesel Mechanics are responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other truck components, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and DOT inspection standards. Mechanics use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and shop equipment to complete repairs and maintenance. This position typically pays $28 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for evening or overnight shifts, tool allowances, and performance or safety bonuses depending on experience and location.Diesel Mechanics are responsible for performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire repairs, and hydraulic system maintenance, diagnosing mechanical problems, completing repair work orders, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring fleet vehicles are safe and operational.
