Position Overview Peaden is seeking a Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during peak evening hours. This role requires someone who is self-sufficient and dependable, experienced in ServiceTitan, skilled at making quick, confident decisions, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job - ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
