Position Title: School Nurse Substitute Reports To: Building Principal, District Nursing Supervisor, and/or Director of Special Education Position Summary The School Nurse Substitute provides temporary nursing services in theabsence of the school nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. Responsibilities include assessing student health concerns, administering medications, managing medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school personnel and families to ensure students can safely participate in the educational environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide nursing assessment and care for students presenting with illness, injury, or health concerns. • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, district policy, and state regulations. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, and emergency interventions as needed. • Implement student health plans, emergency action plans, and individualized healthcare plans. • Monitor students with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, seizures, severe allergies, and other medical needs. • Determine when students should return to class, be sent home, or require emergency medical services. • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation. • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student illnesses, injuries, and health concerns. • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, counselors, and support staff regarding student health needs. • Follow district policies regarding communicable disease prevention and infection control. • Assist with health screenings as assigned. • Maintain inventory and organization of health office supplies and medications. • Ensure compliance with state laws, district policies, and nursing standards of practice. Qualifications • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Oklahoma. • Current CPR and First Aid certification. • Ability to assess and respond appropriately to student health needs and emergencies. • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • Experience in pediatric, school, public health, emergency, or community nursing preferred. • Pass OSBI background check Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and school health practices. • Ability to make independent nursing judgments in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize multiple student needs and emergencies. • Proficiency with electronic health records and district technology systems. • Ability to establish positive working relationships with students, families, and staff. Training Requirement • Required to attend all SSPS substitute employee training(s) and any health clinic-specific training provided by district school nurse(s). • Must demonstrate competency in district health office procedures, emergency response protocols, and student health documentation requirements. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, move, or assist students as necessary. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and respond quickly to emergencies. • Ability to perform CPR and emergency medical procedures. Work Environment • School setting serving students from diverse backgrounds and with varying healthcare needs. • Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and emergency situations. • May be assigned to elementary, middle, or high school campuses as needed. Animal Welfare Officer

Job SummaryUnder general supervision, apprehends, impounds, rehomes, and euthanizes as necessary unlicensed, stray, and uncontrolled animals within the Sand Springs city limits in accordance with state and local laws, rules and regulations. Performs animal care and customer service functions at the Animal Welfare facility and focuses on pet adoption and other favorable outcomes through appropriate means. Delivery Driver 074 Sand Springs - Sand Springs, OK 74063 Overview Level Entry Description Position Summary: Primarily responsible for delivering high quality products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner over established delivery zones. Primary Responsibilities • Drives personal vehicle to deliver such items as beverages, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and supplies to guests. • Follows all traffic safety laws while in transit. • Collects money and information from guests and make change if needed. • Gather and packages delivery orders to be delivered to assigned guests. • Informs regular guests of new products or services and provides promotional materials to guests. • Prepares items and stocks shelves/racks in preparation for delivery to guests. • Verifies food orders and items to load and transport to guests. • May be assigned additional side duties including: dishes, preparing condiments, salads, or other functions that support the delivery role. • Maintains vehicle to meet desired level of safety and cleanliness. • May pick up or run product between locations if requested by management. • Other miscellaneous activities may be assigned by a member of management.
