This team player will ensure our Franz Customers have the best products on their shelves. The successful candidate will be reliable, safe and highly organized with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals both inside and outside of the organization. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining bakery products in assigned stores. This includes stocking shelves, rotating outdated products to ensure freshness, facing products to present bakery items in a pleasing manner for the consumer and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance to all assigned bakery products. • Drive company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations. • Responsible for loading and unloading product in company issued vehicle. This includes pushing/pulling racks and trays of bakery products. • Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: • This is a full-time position and individuals must be available to work between the hours of 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays/ weekends; schedule to be discussed at time of interview. • Must have a solid work history and 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandising position. Experience in bread/bakery/food industry a plus. • This fast-paced position requires the ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and perform frequent to constant handling activities. • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical and physical capacity test. • Must possess a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, plus maneuver large bulky racks of product. • Must be highly organized, fast-paced and able to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the organization. • Must have a proven work history of being reliable, safe and positive. • Must uphold the Franz core values. • This is a union position with Teamsters. Building Location: South University Clinic Department: 1006860 SCHEDULING - EH SS Job Description: This position pre-registers and schedules patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Answers incoming calls, completes follow-up and referral work queues, and ticket scheduling. Communicates with patient care teams as necessary to ensure efficient, appropriate care for patients. Completes patient checkout, schedules follow-up appointments per the physician's order, and provides patients with cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments. Level II Patient Schedulers are expected to be proficient in scheduling multiple service lines across Essentia Health in a complex, high-call and work queue volume environment. Education Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Patient identification, registration, and scheduling, after visit summaries with estimates, patient checkout and appointment, and procedure and lab scheduling, obtaining required signatures and documents from patients Supports a variety of Population Management, Chronic Disease Management and ACO initiatives through patient registry and outbound calling Full pre-registration of all patients calling to schedule an appointment, including updating of guarantor information and verification of insurance eligibility Coordinates the scheduling of services for patients including ancillary and procedure scheduling Handles incoming calls, follow-up and referral work queues, ticket scheduling.
