Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination of the warehouse on-site activities, managing receipts, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all purchasing transactions with Hussmann Services and local vendors. Stages, ships and receives parts, equipment, and supplies. Inputs inventory into BSS System. Maintains proper stocking levels to conform to current lean inventory practices. Delivers parts to customer locations or job sites as needed. Filing of freight bills of lading, and equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes. Completion of freight claims for damaged goods. Manages receipts, inspects, and stocks incoming products from internal and external customers. Prepares Gang Boxes for pick up or delivery for technician use on jobsite. Ensures proper working order of tools and equipment. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Formal Education Requirement: Required Level: High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree Preferred Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 0 5 Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, time management skills. Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required. Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred. Forklift experience is preferred. Must have basic math skills including an understanding of weight, measurement, and volume. Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented with a welcoming smile to join our receiving and distribution team. As a receiving and distribution clerk at Prairie Meadows Casino Racetrack and Hotel, you'll monitor shipments and process orders in our warehouse. Here's what you'll be responsible for: • Make sure products are stored correctly and rotation procedures and protocols are followed • Check all invoices and purchase orders by count and item upon delivery • Verify received products and distribute products to designated areas Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse and inventory experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and meet company insurance requirements. Strong math skills and high attention to detail a plus. Experience operating various warehouse equipment, pallet trucks, and hand jacks preferred. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to walk and/or stand for eight-hour periods. Ability to lift 90 lbs. and push carts up to 150lbs. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
