You are the ideal candidate if: • You are an experienced product manager & product leader, passionate about games and deeply familiar with gaming ecosystems and platforms. Your curiosity has made you a passionate expert in all things Gaming as both a player and a product developer. You have demonstrated industry experience in the games industry and environment, its revenue streams, business models, industry trends, and the needs of both gamers and game developers. • You possess deep awareness of the ways in which games facilitate and amplify strong social connections between players, and you have a strong perspective about the joy that social experiences can bring to players when done well (and the hazards they pose when done poorly). You understand the interplay between game-specific and platform social experiences, and can help partners on either side elegantly connect the two. • You think strategically and you prioritize ruthlessly. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $660,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location.
