Supporting a federal scientific library, the full-time Library Technician will manage collection maintenance, circulation services, and customer support in a hybrid remote environment.Key responsibilitiesProcess and maintain physical library materials, ensuring accurate organization and retrievabilityPerform circulation activities, including check-in, check-out, and interlibrary loan supportProvide front-line customer service, assisting users with locating materials and accessing resourcesRequired qualificationsAssociate's degree from a recognized college or technical school, or equivalent experienceMinimum of one year of relevant library, archives, or information services experienceExperience using library systems, databases, or inventory tracking systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office softwareStrong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records
