Job Title MA II Job Description The MA II works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. Required Qualifications • Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, or • Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or • Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, or • Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association • 6 months healthcare experience • 6 months Medical Assistant experience Preferred Qualifications • Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification Why Join Providence? As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and supporting warehouse tasks, including: operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. load and unload pallets. transport materials within facility. perform inspections and basic maintenance. assist with organizing warehouse. follow safety guidelines and procedures. respond to supervisor instructions. assist with pulling inventory, prepare shipments, and customer returns. coordinate with team to meet productivity goals. maintain clean and safe work environment. maintain accurate logs of forklift usage. learn company products and processes. work closely with finance to provide billing and documentation. ability to multitask and meet deadlines. provide prompt feedback and issue resolution. submit timely activity reports. dynamic project management and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the Courier / Messenger Service Industry as a Courier, and has familiarity/experience with legal documents for court filings, recordings, research, etc. Desired skills/qualities: * Reliable * Punctual * Dependable * Excellent Customer Service skills * Good communicator * Able to meet time sensitive deadlines on a routine basis * Map reading Requirements: * Valid CA Driver's License (Class C) * Your own car, truck or van * Liability Insurance with limits of at least $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 (Must be obtained within the first week of employment) * Clean and current DMV Report * Must be able to maintain accurate delivery logs/route sheets Hire is contingent on passing a post-offer drug test, and background check.
