Job description

Supporting assortment and demand execution, the full-time remote Retail Operations Associate will manage purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory accuracy while delivering data-backed insights to optimize inventory performance and drive profitability.Key responsibilitiesMaintain accurate POS data across systems through SKU setup, pricing updates, and product master managementSupport purchase order creation, vendor onboarding, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and strong vendor relationshipsManage inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments while partnering with Finance and stores to resolve discrepanciesRequired qualificationsExperience with retail systems such as Lightspeed, Oracle, or similar POS, ERP, or inventory platformsProven ability to maintain data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies in high volume SKU and pricing updatesWorking knowledge of retail operational workflows, including receiving, cash handling, and complianceAbility to create and maintain SOPs and process documentation focused on standardization and continuous improvementCapability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
