Labeling & Packaging Compliance • Develop and maintain a master labeling matrix by SKU and marketplace covering required warnings, symbols, barcodes, language, and regulatory marks. • Review all new product packaging artwork for compliance before production approval. • Coordinate with product development and manufacturers to integrate compliance requirements into the product creation process from day one. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with legal counsel on regulatory questions, demand letters, IP enforcement, and policy interpretation • Work closely with the catalog, advertising, and creative teams to ensure every customer-facing asset is compliant. • Build internal SOPs and training materials so the broader Amazon team can self-serve on routine compliance checks. • Provide compliance input on new product launches, new marketplace entries, and deal strategy (Prime Day, BFCM, etc.). Please note in your application if you have experience with EU regulatory compliance or EPR schemes. Core Competencies and Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory affairs, or marketplace operations. Amazon-specific experience strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflows, including listing health, product safety, and brand registry. • Familiarity with US consumer product regulations (CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC advertising guidelines, FDA cosmetic rules). • Hands-on experience with VAT, EPR, and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce.
