Assembly Helper Pay: $19.50 per hour Location: Claremore, OK Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 126583 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Assembly Helpers to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position supports the assembly and production of industrial products by assisting with material preparation, component assembly, quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Required Experience & Skills • High school diploma or GED preferred • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Assist with assembling products and components according to work instructions and engineering specifications • Gather, organize, and transport materials, parts, and tools needed for production • Inspect components and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects • Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift • Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards • Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience • Experience using hand tools in an industrial environment • Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes • Strong organizational and time-management skills Physical Requirements • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift • Ability to safely use hand tools while wearing required PPE • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with continuous movement throughout the workday Work Environment • Manufacturing and production facility • Fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity • Exposure to assembly equipment, hand tools, production machinery, and warehouse operations • Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for continued training and career advancement Why You'll Want This Opportunity • Competitive starting pay of $19.50/hour • Stable Monday-Friday first-shift schedule • Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity • Weekly pay • Great opportunity to build valuable manufacturing and assembly skills • Supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement Ready to Apply?
