Flow Inventory Associate As a Flow Inventory Associate, you'll play a critical role in maintaining CarMax's best-in-class vehicle inventory and customer experience. Role Responsibilities • Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes. • Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers. • Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized. • Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming. • Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings. • Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support. • Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Required Qualifications • Valid driver's license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards. • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records. • Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings. • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The hourly rate for this position is: $19.43 - $27.09 Benefits: Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part-time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part-time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part-time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period.
