Lease Purchase Truck Driver Job Overview • Limited time $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus.* Thru 7/31, OTR solo or teams drivers can start strong with Hirschbach. • Bring home up to $150,000 per year as a solo 1099 driver. Base CPM ranges from $1.17-$2.90, depending on length of haul.* • Team up and increase earnings. Pre-existing teams only. Refer a teammate and earn $1,200. Net average $210,000 - $248,000 per truck per year; all expenses are split.* • Minimum weekly pay incentive. Team drivers can count on a $3,000 minimum per truck per week.* • Earn more, faster. Get $800 when you complete orientation, earn safety and performance incentives up to $0.30/mi, and add accessorial pay to your base CPM.* • Run 99% No-touch freight. Company Truck Driver Job Overview • Pay that grows with you. Solo drivers average $65,000-$85,000 per year, starting at $0.55CPM with automatic raises every 6 months up to $0.60CPM. Team drivers earn more, averaging $97,000-$126,000 per year with a $0.75CPM base.* • Extra pay that stacks up fast. Earn up to $0.15CPM in monthly safety and performance incentives, plus stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay-your time always counts.* • Strong starts and big bonuses.
