Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.* Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.* Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.* Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.* Product Knowledge - Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.* Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.What We're Looking For* Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.* Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have* Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.* Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.* Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.* Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

As an Associate Benefits Administrator, you will provide customer support via phone and email, guiding and helping navigate customers through their benefits enrollment.
