Adecco is assisting a great company in El Dorado, KS with their need to fill a Front Desk Reception position. This position is a temporary opportunity but has the ability to go permanent for the right candidate. Hourly Payrate: $16.00 to start Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday Friday This position will: Act as reception and answer phone calls Handle complaints and employee concerns Enter, record, track and verify data in system Communicate with employees in the company to furnish or obtain information concerning various items. Meet deadlines in a multi-task environment This position does a lot of different things so other duties as requested Qualifications and Skills Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous reception and customer service skills Ability to handle complaints, employee concerns as well as confidential and sensitive information Organized and detail oriented Proficient data entry skills, 10 key experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Excel and O...Receptionist, Administrative, Staffing
