What You'll Do • Travel with your crew to clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems - hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans • Operate pressure washing equipment and specialty cleaning tools • Work nights and evenings (kitchens clean after closing) • Take pride in delivering a thorough, high-quality clean every job Minimum Requirements • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record • At least 18 years old • Able to work evenings and nights • Comfortable on ladders and rooftops • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays Benefits • $18.00/hr to start - raises come with performance • Overtime pay • Bonus opportunities • Health insurance with optional dental and vision (full-time) • Paid time off (full-time) • Year-round employment - no slow season layoffs No experience? Job Summary Responsible for managing and overseeing leaves of absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Serves as the point of contact for team members' and leader's questions and concerns regarding leaves. Provides appropriate codes and processing for payroll functions. Essential Functions • Administers and coordinates integrated claims management involving Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), personal leaves, American's with Disability Act (ADA) and others as identified, in accordance with the respective organization's plan documents, policies and applicable laws that govern them. Coordinates integrated claims management with STD and LTD vendors to provide timely and accurate customer service. Investigates and follows up on abnormal activities with a claim. • Serves as a liaison between treatment providers, ergonomic consultants, vendors, staff, management and other HR departments to protect the rights of staff and reduce liability exposure of the organization. Communicates with providers of medical treatment regarding diagnosis and the length of disability with utilization of duration control guidelines as benchmarks. • Collaborates, educates, advises, and maintains positive relationships between client groups and various areas of human resources by serving as a liaison to procure specialty services (leave administration) such as notification of employees' rights and reviewing requests for leaves while ensuring equitable treatment of employees. Identifies new or existing leaders who are in need of information/consultation regarding leaves and provides information accordingly. • Facilitates effective verbal and written communication between management and employees regarding leaves to promote employee morale and maintain an environment conducive to achieving reduced costs and increased productivity within the legal framework provided to the organization via the laws and policies that govern leaves. • Calculates and codes hours owed for payroll. Answers customer questions and concerns regarding disability pay. Provides appropriate documentation into the leave claims management computer data base and document retention systems. • Manages the restricted work program within the organization for disabled workers. Oversees staff that are placed in temporary placements within or outside of their home department to see that restrictions and schedules are adhered to by team members and management. • Maintains up to date knowledge of the laws and pertinent legal decisions pertaining to the administration of leaves.
