Dining Room Attendant The Dining Room Attendant position supports the front of house staff to ensure our guests enjoy an excellent guest service experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Maintains assigned work area to ensure it is clean, neat, and organized by keeping restaurant tables spotless and presentable. • Removes and replaces dishware, flatware, glasses, and trash from tables and counters. Transports items to the dish area in a timely manner. • Wipes down tables, counters, and other areas in the restaurant. Sweeps, mops, and maintains the cleanliness of the front of house service area. • Monitors and replenishes supply of dishware, flatware, glasses, and other items in a timely manner and keeps the area neat and tidy. • Works with Servers, Hosts, and others to ensure a high level of guest service. Interacts with all guests in a professional and courteous manner. • Runs food from kitchen to guest's table. • Ensures all equipment is in working order and reports issues or concerns to be resolved. • Sets up and maintains cleanliness and organization of work area according to food safety standards and sanitation requirements. • Performs all duties in a positive, professional manner. Maintains a clean and professional appearance according to company standards. • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. • Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to perform all assigned tasks. • Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved. • Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino's Mission and Values. Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to create a positive guest experience with both internal and external guests. • Ability to speak or write English to a level sufficient to perform assigned tasks and communicate with other staff and guests. • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work through multiple tasks at once, have attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency when necessary. • Must be able to work individually or with a team as necessary to perform assigned tasks. • Must be able to work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to maintain the appropriate Gaming License. • Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible service of alcohol and food handler certification through Prairie Flower training courses. Physical, Mental, And Environmental Demands • Constantly required to stand and walk for entire shift. • Regularly lifts and carries up to 50 pounds. • Uses hands grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Must have the dexterity to hold and maneuver food trays, plates, and glasses. Will constantly need dexterity for carrying and balancing a food tray. • Consistently required to reach with hands and arms, and balance. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on the casino floor. • Must be able to operate in mentally stressful situations. • This casino has an enclosed gaming area where smoking is allowed. Team members may be exposed to a smoking environment in or around this designated smoking area. Cage Cashier The Cage Cashier is responsible for guest service and cash transactions in the cashier cage. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Opens and maintains an assigned cashier window. Redeems tickets for cash, processes checks and credit card advances. Redeems coupons. • Provides excellent guest service to both external guests and internal team members. • Maintains a balanced cash drawer. Makes exchanges with the vault when necessary. Keeps and updates an accurate tracking of all funds received and distributed. • Provides change and breaks down bills. Stays aware of indications for counterfeit currency and checks for possible false bills during all transactions. • Creates Player's Club accounts, issues, and re-prints Player's Club cards. • Reviews Player's Club accounts, providing useful information to our valued guests. • Verifies guest's identification according to policy. • Operates computer, credit card processing equipment, coin sorting/currency counting, and other cashier equipment. • Stays knowledgeable on current AML and Title 31 requirements and ensures all necessary information is obtained and tracked appropriately. • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism. Protects private and proprietary information. • Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to manage business and interacts personally with Team Members and guests. • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. • Responsible for maintaining compliance with appearance standards. • Follow all safety standards and reports any safety hazards immediately to necessary people to correct issue. • Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino's Mission and Values. Required skills, knowledge, and abilities: • One year of cash handling and guest service experience is preferred. • Previous casino experience, specifically cage cashiering is preferred. • Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents. • Must be able to effectively use a computer including Microsoft Office programs and other job specific software. • Ability to read, analyze, and act upon documentation as necessary. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Must maintain the appropriate Gaming License. Physical, mental, and environmental demands: • While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and/or hear. • Lifts to a maximum of 40 pounds on occasion and frequently lifts up to 25 pounds. • Requires occasional pushing up to 50 pounds. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks. • Use equipment and tools provided on a daily basis accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products. • Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed. • Responsible for working safely at all times, including the proper usage or equipment seat-belts and order picker harnesses. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. • Able to load multi-warehouse transfer trucks. • Able to perform all job duties and responsibilities of Route Truck Driver I • Support Warehouse Manager's decisions and company goals. • Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned. • Support company goals and uphold K&M Values. • Able to receive load through product number verification and check-in. • Able to perform Amazon/Walmart pulling/picking and shipping. • Able to load all route trucks.
