Dining Room Attendant The Dining Room Attendant position supports the front of house staff to ensure our guests enjoy an excellent guest service experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Maintains assigned work area to ensure it is clean, neat, and organized by keeping restaurant tables spotless and presentable. • Removes and replaces dishware, flatware, glasses, and trash from tables and counters. Physical, Mental, And Environmental Demands • Constantly required to stand and walk for entire shift. • Regularly lifts and carries up to 50 pounds. • Uses hands grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Must have the dexterity to hold and maneuver food trays, plates, and glasses. Will constantly need dexterity for carrying and balancing a food tray. • Consistently required to reach with hands and arms, and balance. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on the casino floor. • Must be able to operate in mentally stressful situations. • This casino has an enclosed gaming area where smoking is allowed. Cage Cashier The Cage Cashier is responsible for guest service and cash transactions in the cashier cage. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Opens and maintains an assigned cashier window. Redeems tickets for cash, processes checks and credit card advances. Redeems coupons. • Provides excellent guest service to both external guests and internal team members. • Maintains a balanced cash drawer. Makes exchanges with the vault when necessary. Keeps and updates an accurate tracking of all funds received and distributed. • Provides change and breaks down bills.
