As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling high-value, delicate gaming equipment with utmost attention to detail. This role encompasses tasks such as assembly, tear down, inbound and outbound shipments, cycle counting, and minor repairs—providing variety and engagement every day. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to ensure quality and correctness. • Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, wrapping, and labeling with precision. • Handle large, fragile Electronic Gaming Machines carefully to prevent damage. • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks—forklift experience is a plus. • Assist in the assembly of gaming machine components and intricate parts. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. • Conduct inventory counts and support stock organization efforts. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently. Qualifications: • Valid Driver's License required. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for 10-hour shifts. • High attention to detail and commitment to careful handling of high-value items. • Prior experience in warehousing, shipping, or receiving preferred. • Experience with assembly, inventory control, or electronic repair is advantageous. • Prior handling of fragile or high-value equipment is a plus. • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or within a team. • Forklift certification is a bonus but not mandatory. • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH • Unloads and processes material following established procedures. Proficient in use of a forklift or other mobile equipment. • Responsible for following Systech policies and permits for proper handling of waste. • Performs, upon request, routine maintenance on designated equipment • Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
