We strive to make every customer feel welcome, supported, and excited about their next adventure.Position SummaryJoin our Manager Training Program for 6 months and gear up to lead with enthusiasm.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver top‑notch customer serviceInspire and energize the sales teamKeep the store inviting and easy to shopLead daily operations and ensure tasks are completedTackle guest, vendor, or team issues smoothlyOversee training and stay sharp on new productsMonitor sales trends, set goals, and forecast future successKeep the store clean, front to backCompensationTotal compensation $88‑95k (Salary plus store sales commission)Health insurancePaid time offEducational reimbursement program401K with up to 4% match after 12 monthsQualifications & Special Skills RequiredThree or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.Must maintain a high level of customer service.Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store associates at all levels.Ability to train, coach and develop associates at all levels.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.Available to work 45 hours a week.Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.Ability to work evenings and weekends.Physical ActivitiesMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insurancePay Range88,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Utica Square)#J-18808-Ljbffr
