What You'll Do You will ensure our assembly lines and other locations are fully stocked with materials. • Monitor material flow • Perform material replenishments to the assembly line and other stocking locations • Communicate potential shortages to the shop floor planner and assembly crew leader to minimize stock outages • Perform other duties that are assigned to them • Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license Your Experiences & Skills Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment is preferred Lean implementer certification is preferred Good mathematical aptitude Competent with MS Excel and Word and basic computer skills Must be flexible to perform a variety of assignments and adapt to changing conditions Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Able to make recommendations and effectively participate in the implementation of company policies and procedures Ability to work well with others Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance, and zero card Life, death, dismemberment, and dependent insurances Prescription drug programs Telehealth Short-term and long-term disability, and flexible leaves of absence Employee assistance programs 401k (match 50% on the first 6% of deferred compensation) and flexible spending plans 3 weeks of paid time off 9 paid holidays Wellness and Engagement Location Tulsa, OK Department Materials Work Environment Manufacturing/Warehouse Reports To Assistant Materials Manager Shift Type Monday-Thursday, 4-10's Workplace Arrangement On-site Supervises No Salary Grade 11 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
