OverviewSupport the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store's performance goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff and Operational Management: Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling employees, while overseeing daily operations.Sales and Customer Service: Support sales performance and customer service through ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Address operational and customer issues promptly.
