Energy Customer Care Agent (Work From Home) Location: New Jersey (Remote), must reside in the state of New Jersey Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $17.66 an hour Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Energy Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated energy team. In this work-from-home role, you will support utility customers by delivering exceptional service in a specialized, technical environment. Our team plays a critical role in helping customers and program participants successfully navigate energy efficiency programs.
