Medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, 401K with company match, employee assistance program and more!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerform audits of Omni Air International Mechanic, Flight Crew and Flight Attendant paperwork (i.e. Logbooks, Cabin Logs, DMI & COI Coupons, PCT's, etc. in accordance with the OAI CASS).Perform data entry and auditing of log pages, part tags, NEF's and other documentation provided by Mechanic's and Flight Crew via email.Audit and track all log pages and associated documentation sequentially.Ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner.Monitor documents received via email and IAD Program and ensure items are not overlooked.Assist Manager of Auditing with administrative functions.Perform all duties as assigned by the Manager of Auditing.QualificationsPossess high attention to detailGeneral administrative skillsTyping and computer proficiency skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office programsExcellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and analytical skills are requiredAbility to exhibit high level of confidentiality and reliabilityAbility to exercise initiative in completion of tasksComputer proficiency with Microsoft OfficeMust be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screenMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious aviation and/or auditing experience preferredPHYSICAL ACTIVITYStand – 5%Walk – 5%Sit – 90%Travel – 5%Lift – Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsRequires arm and hand steadiness and sufficient finger dexterity to use office equipmentMay be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, kneeling, handling, climbing, and twistingRequires ability to sit for long periodsMental Capability RequirementsAbility to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other informationWork with limited supervision and possess an impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service and organizational skills requiredMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully with significant detailAbility to make decisions which impact the department's credibility, and servicesDrug Free Workplace, Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veterans/VEVRAA Federal Contractor/Sexual Orientation/Gender IdentityWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
