As a full-time Customer Service Specialist you will work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm on the 25th floor. This position is eligible for our rewarding quarterly bonuses as well as our full benefits package. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support to Oklahoma Surgical Hospital's patients and family. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about their accounts and service, and resolving customer issues. • What's required of you? High School diploma or equivalent. • Do I need experience? Two years experience in medical collections, hospital collections preferred. • Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills and Insurance terminology Still interested? What is Required? • Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education • 1+ year of social work experience in a healthcare setting. • Current State License as a Social Worker • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Social work skills as defined as general social work standards • 50% travel required • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment • Valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
