SUMMARY: As a member of the Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line Cooks will work as a team with each other as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly specials. • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Kitchen menu items and specials. • Cross-train on all Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, and Prep. • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible. • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled. • Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen. COMPENSATION: Competitive based on experience.
