SEEKING PASTRY COOKS _$500 SIGN ON BONUS! __Hourly pay based on experience-up to $16. _ We are looking for pastry cooks to join our team. cooks in producing a broad range of pastries and baked goods. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and will be able to handle challenges tactfully. This person should be a good listener, must have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively work with a diverse staff. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English and have a mastery of culinary terminology. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Preparing a wide variety of goods following established recipes • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including surrounding areas • Cleaning and maintaining pastry equipment • Maintaining a current recipe book • Working at events when needed • Assisting with main kitchen prep list when pastry prep is complete • The ability to lift up to 30lbs • Stand, bend, and stoop repetitively for an entire shift in various work conditions • Must be able to work flexible schedules to include nights and weekends • Professional appearance We offer all of our team members a creative work environment with the opportunity to advance their careers and learn the catering industry through exposure to innovative, exciting, creative menus, recipes and individuals. Responsibilities: Customer Journey Management • Support the customer intake process by setting appointment expectations and delivering a quality experience throughout. • Perform effective schedule management by coordinating, screening, and confirming appointments both in-person and over the phone. • Drive customer appointments to support store performance by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Store Administration & Operations • Monitor inventory, assist with billing and invoicing, and manage customer inquiries and walk-ins. • Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining the customer database and remaining compliant with protected healthcare data regulations. • Provide routine after-care services, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintaining hearing aid devices. Must-Have Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting and 2+ years in a direct customer support role. • Appointment Management: 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management. • Communication: Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. • Background in administration, reception, or customer service. • Motivated to help drive sales goals and contribute to a purpose-driven environment. Catering Delivery Driver Our Catering Delivery Driver is not your typical delivery position. At Qdoba, you'll enhance the Qdoba experience by delivering food that celebrates our passion for ingredients as well as providing service that invites interaction with our guests. You are expected to deliver catering orders in a timely manner and set up the order according to required specifications. Our Catering Delivery Drivers positively represent the organization at all times and possess a strong knowledge of the company and product. A high level of customer service must be provided throughout the duration of the delivery. Drivers arrive at the restaurant 30 minutes prior to all scheduled delivery times, confirm order checklist prior to leaving the restaurant, fill in the time that food should be consumed by and verbally communicate this to the customer when delivered. Additionally, drivers provide support in the restaurant as necessary. Qualified applicants must have a valid driver license, proper tags and registration for their vehicle, motor vehicle liability insurance and possess a cell phone. Applicants must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check. This position requires flexible availability, including availability for "on-call" needs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
