Requirements and Qualifications: • Ability to follow the instructions of assigned crew leader. • Ability to work alone or within a group. • Meet or exceed standard units per hour expectations (Target goals will be based on previously studied averages and shared with employees) • Meet or exceed product quality standards. • Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. • Prepares orders by pulling materials; making boxes; packing boxes; labeling; placing orders in delivery area. • Sort, stack loose or boxed material on racks, shelves or on pallets. • Assist in other LiveTrends' departments. • Assist in counting of physical inventory. • Organize or clean the greenhouse, warehouse, lunchroom, and/or restrooms. • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to climb or balance as needed. • Ability to bend or twist. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. • Practice Workplace Housekeeping. • Additional Duties as Assigned. • Contribute to team effort by demonstrating our company core values. Hours Per Week • Normal work hours- 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Apopka • Depending on workload, personnel are required to work late as needed to complete the day's orders. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Plant Operations Director with the maintenance and repair program involving buildings and grounds. Position Overview The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact between LiveTrends box truck drivers and internal or external customers. The dispatcher will collect and organize information from our internal systems and stakeholders to make the most beneficial plans and routes to further the company's goals. They will provide timely updates to customers when needed, especially when plans change. Accountabilities • Develop processes to facilitate smooth pickups and deliveries and improve communication between the dispatcher, drivers, and customers. • Create a daily list of work duties for Drivers, including expected ready times, arrival sequences, general count information and any relevant reference information. (ex. Purchase Order numbers or Transfer Request numbers) • Resolve any issues that drivers may face daily that the drivers are unable to solve themselves. • Coordinate directly with the company's vendors and customers about the timeline of pickups or deliveries to ensure all needs are being met to the best of our ability. • Collect, organize, and review required information to create and maintain a daily movement schedule that is published for internal customers and utilized to create daily work duties. • Collaborate with other members of the logistics department when third-party assistance is needed to execute the movements required by the company on a given day. • Travel off-site to assist drivers and meet with vendors as needed. • Maintain up-to-date contact information for internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain informal inventory of LiveTrends owned carts and other materials that we lend to vendors for material movement. • Work with the logistics manager on training and coaching opportunities for Drivers as well as other internal operators if appropriate. • Coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance with the maintenance supervisor. • Maximize driver work efficiency during "slow" periods. Prioritize often delayed tasks such as truck washing, detailing, and maintenance. Offer the drivers time to other internal parties if help is needed elsewhere. • Functional backup for box truck drivers. • Maintain forklift certification to assist in loading/unloading trucks and material movement. • Coordinate delivery and pickup of CC branded carts. • Unnamed tasks or duties that may arise with the growth of or changes within the company. Skills & Other Requirements • Requires a valid driver's license and background check. • Must be highly detail oriented. • Must complete company certification for Electric Pallet Jack use. • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in all settings. • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Tables, PivotTable, and SAP BusinessOne.

Recovery Driver Container Centralen, Inc (CC, Inc) has rapidly established itself as the largest rack/cart supplier to the North American horticultural industry. We provide the industry with access to approximately 850,000 shipping racks/carts for delivery of live plants to garden center retailers. We operate a unique and powerful business model which allows us to offer high-value asset rental and logistics services to our Customers. The Recovery operates a 26' box truck on given routes to recover CC racks at local retailers. Recovery Driver maintains a level of professionalism while supporting the business through recoveries. This seasonal position will work the evening shift and reports to the Warehouse Manager. Job Duties • Loading, unloading and securing product for transportation. • Weekly inventory counts of product onsite. • Quality control by sorting damaged and ready-to-go product. • Drive company provided routes in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, etc. • Operate 26 ft box truck to allow for the delivery and recovery of product. • Recover and stack product prior to loading (nursery racks).
