Division Of Motor Vehicles (Dmv) The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) provides services used by nearly every citizen of the State. Colorado citizens utilize identification, driver, and vehicle services at State and County offices to obtain identification cards, driver licenses, vehicle registrations, titles, and other related services. Additionally, the DMV licenses and provides oversight of private businesses and government organizations that provide driver and emission testing services. Finally, the division works closely with other state agencies and programs to provide information and education to serve the public and encourage voluntary compliance. Driver Services Call Center - Administrative Assistant II Job Duties: The ideal applicant brings their customer service experience and their strong attention to detail to this job every day to ensure comprehensive information exchange, provided in a thorough, professional manner with every support transaction. This position researches, updates and corrects driver records. Duties include but are not limited to: • Data entry into databases and spreadsheets; • Provide customer service via telephone or in-person to external stakeholders and customers; • Translate and clarify Colorado Motor Vehicle statutes, department administrative procedures, and policy to customers; • Determine the effect of statutory law on a driving record and use experience and reasoning to determine the best approach for the possible courses of action in response to division notices, restraints, or general licensing issues; • Advise customers as to the fee, documentation, and testing requirements; • Provide and instruct customers in identifying and acquiring the mandatory forms to accomplish the desired action(s); • Access the spreadsheet to determine the current location of a requested file; if still on hard copy, pull paper documents, scan copies, and return originals to their proper location; file and other retrievals as required. Candidates should have well-developed telephone customer service skills. This is a remote position that is primarily tasked with performing work duties via flex-place (aka telework, work-from-home arrangements) with infrequent on-site visits, including the office at 2829 W Howard Place, Denver, CO 80204. Job Summary Battelle is seeking a Test Technician to provide hands-on technical support for TSA acceptance testing activities supporting a broad range of testing and evaluation activities nationwide. This is a remote position and will require nearly 75% annual travel. Inspect test kits prior to deployment to verify completeness, condition, and readiness. • Execute test steps as directed by the Test Lead using TSA-approved test plans and procedures. • Operate and monitor test equipment during execution, ensuring proper handling and safe operation. Assist with data collection during testing, including manual data recording and electronic capture. • Communicate test issues, anomalies, or safety concerns to the Test Lead promptly. • Coordinate with Test Leads, logistics personnel, OEM representatives, and site personnel during test events. • Assist with retesting activities when systems fail or require verification. Key Qualifications • Associate degree in related field; 2–4 years of hands on technical experience supporting testing, field operations, maintenance, or equipment deployment. Experience working with electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems. • Ability to follow detailed test procedures and accurately document results. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email). • Ability to lift and move test kits and equipment (up to 50 lbs). • Ability to work in industrial, airport, laboratory, and OEM factory environments. • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non standard hours during test events. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively; work will be performed remotely with nearly 75% travel. • Sole US Citizenship with eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain TSA Suitability.
