Job Title Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests, representing the Club with professionalism. Registers hotel guests, renders bills, receives cash and credit payments, handles phone calls, and processes incoming and outgoing mail. This is a high visibility position that interacts daily with members, guests, employees, vendors, and various representatives from the community. Part of your job performance requires that you maintain a positive attitude and make a real commitment to competence, job knowledge, pride, professional appearance, courtesy, initiative, and excellence in customer service. You are expected to address issues with an attitude of cooperation and to resolve problems professionally. Duties and Responsibilities • Greets everyone entering the Spokane Club in a professional, friendly manner, with a high level of customer service, and assists them with their requests • Professionally administers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and redirecting when appropriate • Uses club software to create and manage hotel reservations • Complies with special requests whenever possible • Stays informed about Club-related information and communicates it professionally and enthusiastically. • Thoroughly understands and follows proper credit, cash-checking, and cash handling policies and procedures • Understands and monitors room status information, including room locations, type of rooms available, and room rates • Coordinates room status update by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early-ins, special requests, etc. • Manages room keys and follows security control procedures • Operates Front Office equipment, such as ID card creator, mail machine, fax, copier, parking gates, etc. • Processes member/guest check-ins and check-outs • Processes mail, packages, and messages • Coordinates guestroom maintenance work with engineering • Reports unusual occurrences or requests to the Human Resources Manager and the General Manager. • Knows and follows all safety, security, accident prevention, and emergency policies and procedures • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk, lobby, and coat check areas • Acts as bell person/concierge when necessary • Other duties as assigned Benefits Full-time employees and, optionally for additional cost, their families are able to enroll for coverage by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Full-time employees will also accrue vacation based on hours worked to a maximum of ten days per year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The focus of the role is to prep, weigh, and ensure quality of input and output material. The role requires attention to detail and an understanding of extraction equipment and science. Key Responsibilities • Ensure incoming inspections (moisture, texture, overall quality, size through sort, etc.) of incoming batches of flower and pre roll material are being performed • Ensure proper bud size per brand standard, weigh out and package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim during and after machine operation • Perform auxiliary duties (fill socks, retrieve material, monitor ovens, etc.) and support the Extraction Technician II in operations • Trained to perform basic machine setup, inventory documentation, and observe/record metrics of operation • Conduct and document routine equipment checks and minor adjustments during operations • Fill out all proper paperwork checks and PM documentation, submitting any issues with equipment to leads and Facilities and Maintenance • Ensure sealing machine is operating correctly, checking that the seal is to standard and machines are operating correctly • Ensure cleaning processes for equipment, supplies, area, and verification paperwork is filled out, and PPE per cGMP and Trulieve maintenance standards are being performed • Maintain detailed records of completed tasks for documentation and traceability • Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance team and leadership to resolve any issues and questions in the documentation • Monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance to SOPs and address any issues and escalate any anomalies or concerns to Extraction Technician II or III • Notify leads of any quality, machine operation, and material challenges as they occur, as well as fixes performed • Attend to other job duties as assigned by management Qualifications Controls and instrumentation experience Ensure timeliness of return from breaks Work in a fast-paced controlled environment Work with chemicals, oils, and sharp objects Be able to lift 50 lbs Able to work under minimum supervision Able to work under pressure Able to manage changes in working schedule SAP/Emaint/state mandated system (Metrc, Biotrack, MJ Freeway) entry experience preferred Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational skills Additional Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening Physical Requirements Work in close proximity and with cannabis flower and particulates on a daily basis Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Strong analytical skills with a focus on safety Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection) Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
