Job description

To enhance merchandising and assortment strategies, the full-time Retail Space Planner II will administer and optimize category management platforms, develop planograms, and support automation initiatives while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain planograms, document rules and standards, and support category/merchandising teams with space and assortment scenariosAdminister Blue Yonder or similar systems, managing users, security, performance, and ensuring data integrityDevelop automation scripts and provide technical support for application, data, and performance issuesRequired qualificationsExperience with category management/space planning tools, preferably Blue YonderStrong understanding of planogram automation and space optimization techniquesExposure to AI-enabled assortment planning or retail analytics toolsAbility to combine technical skills with effective communication and a proactive mindsetDemonstrated experience in implementing AI tools to improve processes and deliver results
