Leading the strategy and execution of retail learning and selling programs, the full-time salaried Retail Learning Director will oversee the development of a unified selling and service model to enhance client engagement and associate capability at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, working onsite in Dallas, Texas.Key responsibilitiesLead the enterprise strategy for retail learning, selling, and service enablement across Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus storesDesign and oversee the execution of onboarding programs and high-impact service initiatives that elevate the client experience and drive performance outcomesPartner with senior retail leaders to assess skill needs and align learning solutions with business goalsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field8+ years of experience in retail learning, talent development, or selling and service enablement within a luxury retail environment8+ years of progressive people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teamsDemonstrated success in designing and leading large-scale retail learning programs that enhance selling capabilityExpertise in developing and facilitating leadership and service programs with a strong commitment to excellence
