You will be tasked with efficient time management and ensuring customer satisfaction by:Issuing driver's licenses and identification documents with accuracy and professionalism.Administering and scoring driving examinations , including motorcycle, car, truck, passenger, and CDL pre-trip, skills, and road tests.Applying expert understanding of driver eligibility, licensing rules, and REAL ID requirements to verify identity and determine qualification.Reviewing state and federal records to determine issuance and non-issuance decisions accurately.Completing vision and hearing screenings to ensure applicants meet safety standards.Capturing customer photos and signatures for official credentials.Serving as a primary point of contact for customer questions and inquiries , delivering excellent service with every interaction.Work ConditionsWhen administering drive tests, you'll be exposed to all weather elements and driving skill levels for an extended period.
