Benefits Information: • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance • Health and Wellness Incentives • Paid Vacation and Holidays • 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Tuition Reimbursement • Employee Discounts A Typical Work Day May Include: • Executing processes and operating all equipment of a designated area to maintain a dynamic and continuous process flow such as collecting and processing samples • Monitor tank levels, product temperatures and pressures, including observing readings on computers and field instruments, documenting key readings and information and making appropriate adjustments • Troubleshoot and operate equipment & instrumentation efficiently and perform routine maintenance • Unloading raw materials, loading finished products (trucks, railcars, etc.) and controlling inventory to meet both internal and external customer needs • Open communication with peers and management to promote a teamwork focused environment as well as developing and participating in individual/group skill development training • Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, mobile lifts, and railcar movers as necessary • Moving, dumping and unloading ingredients in railcars/trucks • Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, etc. • Understanding and adhering to all safety trainings, food safety, sanitation, hygiene and environmental policies and procedures • Interfacing with customers and carriers of our products • Other duties as assigned What You Will Need: • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays, or different shifts with advance notice • Basic use of computer What Will Put You Ahead: • Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc. • High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience • Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) • Experience working in a production lab, analyzing samples, and collecting data • Prior experience in production-related work • Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems. Job Summary The Warehouse Employee Backup Driver works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader; responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks, as well as picking/pulling and/or putting away tires/products. Vision To be the leading and most trusted provider of tires and services. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks. • Use equipment and tools provided on a daily basis accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products. • Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed. • Responsible for working safely at all times, including the proper usage or equipment seat-belts and order picker harnesses. • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. • Able to load multi-warehouse transfer trucks. • Able to perform all job duties and responsibilities of Route Truck Driver I • Support Warehouse Manager's decisions and company goals. • Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned. • Support company goals and uphold K&M Values. • Able to receive load through product number verification and check-in. • Able to perform Amazon/Walmart pulling/picking and shipping. • Able to load all route trucks. Job Requirements • Ability to work in a multi-task environment. • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as on a team. • Ability to communicate and express ideas effectively. • Ability to learn tire knowledge. • Possess a friendly, helpful, positive attitude. • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis. • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. • Ability to operate safely a fork lift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker. • Ability to learn and utilize scanning devises to accurately confirm tire and shipment • Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
