Work environment: Must be able to tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift between 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. We are looking for someone who: • Is a motivated, hard worker • Is not afraid of heavy lifting • Is always treating our customers the way they deserve to be treated • Believes in working together as a team and doing what needs to be done • Will be with us for the long haul In this position you will: • Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand • Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service • Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed • Assist with inventory and damage control Requirements and Qualifications: • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience • Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement • Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards • Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines • Demonstrated history of steady employment The Details: This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7 a- 3:30 p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $20-22 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Addition compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
