About the Job Creative Publishing is Netflix's creative leadership for games, maintaining a consistently high bar across our portfolio. We are seeking a highly-skilled Creative Director to help us align vision and player experience across a key portfolio vertical within Netflix Games. You will guide and support titles from initial concept through production, launch, and live operations. You will foster a culture of bold experimentation and craft excellence, ensuring our games leave players with memorable experiences that stand the test of time. Responsibilities: • Deeply understanding, and then synthesizing the unique advantages and opportunities provided by the Netflix Games platform into a cohesive vision for massively successful games • Collaborating closely with teams to develop concepts into prototypes that build conviction in direction and vision • Helping scale creative efforts into full production then supporting them through launch • Establishing clear creative goals, providing and soliciting actionable creative / team feedback, and using that feedback to improve others' creative contributions Qualifications: • At least 10 years of game design experience, including experience as a Creative Director, Game Director, or comparable design leadership role • Experience working with distributed or external teams • Ability to articulate critical and meaningful feedback to influence direction without relying on positional authority • Excellent knowledge of game lifecycle from concept through live service and an understanding of how to tailor creative input to each game's unique requirements • A record of leading complex cross-functional projects with successful delivery of quality in design, art, audio, narrative, and additional creative fields • Experience with Live Service and retention-oriented design • Development and execution of internal creative tools and processes • Experience with sports and team-play titles a plus • Licensed IP game experience a plus About you: • A proven track record of guiding teams to executional excellence both creatively and strategically • A history of strong relationships with recognition as a valued partner in meeting company objectives • An advocate for players, translating their needs, behavioral insights, and innovation into excellent entertainment • Comfortable working with frequent context switching and bringing clarity to ambiguity • Excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-agency environment • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and committed to embodying Netflix's culture of high performance, curiosity, freedom, and responsibility Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $260,000.00 - $480,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Red Hat's North American Public Sector Customer Success team is looking for an experienced enterprise-level engineer to join us as a Dedicated Operations Technical Account Manager (DO-TAM) in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will work with a key government customer to provide hands-on "Day 2" operational support, administration, and integration guidance strictly focused on the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem. This is a fully onsite position. You will act as a dedicated resource, working daily at the customer's Huntsville facility to tailor support for their containerized environments, facilitate collaboration with other vendors, and serve as their primary OpenShift technical champion within Red Hat. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Huntsville area for daily onsite reporting. What you will do • Execute Day 2 OpenShift Operations: Provide hands-on administration, integration support, and maintenance for Red Hat OpenShift clusters. Manage cluster scaling, container networking (SDN/OVN), persistent storage (e.g., ODF), and compute resources to ensure platform stability and successful upgrades. • Onsite Presence & Mobility: Work onsite daily at the customer facility in Huntsville, AL, with periodic travel to alternate local customer facilities as required by the mission. • Proactive Issue Prevention: Perform technical reviews, cluster health checks, and capacity planning. Identify and resolve issues within the container orchestration layer before they impact mission-critical deployments. • Customer Advocacy: Gain a deep understanding of the customer's cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and strategic mission goals to serve as their primary OpenShift advocate within Red Hat. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Red Hat Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to debug, test, and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes, containers, and operators. • Strategic Guidance: Advise the customer on current and future Red Hat hybrid-cloud capabilities, focusing heavily on container orchestration, cloud-native development practices, and DevSecOps integrations (e.g., Advanced Cluster Management, Advanced Cluster Security). • Case Management: Manage customer support cases, maintain clear documentation, and deliver value by sharing resolutions and best practices through a defined knowledge management process. What you will bring: • Clearance: Active Secret (or higher) U.S. Government clearance is required. • OpenShift & Kubernetes Expertise: 5+ years of Linux system administration experience, with 3+ years of specific, hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift administration (Day 2 Ops). This includes installation, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting-particularly in disconnected or air-gapped environments. • Container Proficiency: Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes), container registries (e.g., Red Hat Quay), microservices architecture, and modern continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Support Background: Prior experience in a support, engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE) organization, particularly within the public sector or defense environments. • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex cloud-native concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Agility: Ability to manage multiple cluster environments and projects with an eye for detail and shifting priorities in a high-stakes environment. • Availability: Willingness to provide after-hours coverage (on-call duty) as dictated by mission requirements.
