This ensures the delivery of appropriate care and services to residents. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders. Create tailored treatment plans based on patients' needs and conditions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families.
