You'll serve as a key point of contact for trainees, trainers, and service staff, ensuring a seamless training experience through effective facility operations, technology support, and customer service. What you'll do • Coordinate enterprise-wide Training Network logistics, including lodge occupancy and collaborating with service staff to maintain seamless operations • Coordinate travel assignments for Training Managers • Manage training documentation for enterprise Safety Trainers • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other databases upon completion of training sessions • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and tracking of training-related expenses • Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Training Center projects to ensure accurate budgeting and timely procurement • Manage the front desk and help curate the trainee experience • Learn all Training Center technology as it is installed to assist trainees have a smooth experience What you'll need • To be 18 years of age or older • Authorization to work in the United States for this company • Must be local in the Monroe, GA area - very minimal travel • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or related field preferred • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, office management, hospitality, or related roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Experience maintaining records, databases, or LMS preferred • Knowledge of purchase order processing, expense tracking, or basic procurement procedures preferred Additional qualifications • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, trainees, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology issues and learning new training technologies as they are implemented • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation Physical abilities & exposures • Routinely: • Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods • Ability to walk and move throughout indoor and outdoor campus work environments, including a 17,000-square-foot primary building and between campus buildings up to one-half mile apart • Occasionally: • Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs) • Exposed to outside weather conditions as working environment shifts between classrooms, practical labs, and outdoor field conditions in various weather Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
