Coke Florida is looking for a Driver Merchandiser based out of our Brevard location. We're currently looking for 4x10 shift, working 4 days with a 5th possible day.What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering and/or unloading our products to customer locations on designated routes. This is a fast-paced position that stocks the greatest beverage brands on shelves, displays and in coolers.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.Check accuracy and stability of the load.Deliver products to customers.Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards.Invoice and collect monies due.Pick up company property.Secure company assets.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.Settle all accounts daily.Utilize smartphone technology in handling customer orders/invoicingUtilize technology for Electronic Logging Systems and fleet management.Comply with routing software guidance.For this role, you will need:Must be at least 21 years of age.Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid Commercial Class A driver's license.Must have a driving record with no major* moving violations in the last three (3) years.At least 1 year of general work experience required.Ability to operate a hand-truck and powered industrial equipment.Ability to obtain and maintain a powered industrial truck certificationFamiliarity with DOT regulations.Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card.Operate manual transmission* Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coca-Cola Beverages' guidelines to determine eligibility for this position.Additional qualifications that will make you successful in the role:High School diploma or GED preferred.1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.Local delivery experience preferred.Customer service and cash handling experience preferredPrior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.HazMat endorsement may be required.Ability to work with minimal supervision.This role is highly physical, which will require:Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the kneesAbility to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistanceAbility to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordinationAbility to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activitiesAbility to read information in small, medium and large printAbility to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hoursAbility to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workdayFrequently work in a hot/humid indoor environmentAbility to use an audio headset to listen to directions in English

Customer Service Rep II
