Responsibilities • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. • Connecting quickly with customers to uncover needs • Help customers discover unstated needs • Assist customers with policy changes and updates. • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
