Advertised Compensation: $17 This Warehouse Associate Job Is for You, If You Enjoy: • Helping the team by picking orders and receiving freight • Working at the Hudson Warehouse at Eppley Airfield Omaha International Airport Your Team is counting on you as a Warehouse Associate to: • Open availability to work • Work a full-time schedule Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities: • Protects all company assets in the warehouse including non-stock merchandise • Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel • Places stock orders as required • Counts and receives incoming merchandise; reports shortages/overages to management in a timely manner, before required deadlines • Counts and completes all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors • Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor • Isolates, sorts, and organizes all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns • Organizes all merchandise for annual inventory • Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances • Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise • Assist in stocking of stores and backrooms • Assist in trash removal and recycling Required Qualifications: • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to communicate effectively • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multi-task • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold • Previous warehouse experience • Previous experience operating a pallet jack • High School Diploma or equivalent Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates ("the Company"), is an equal opportunity employer. As an Inventory Professional, you will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. Every day you will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems. To be successful, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory software, crucial for operational efficiency and cost control. • Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed • Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas • Monitors par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care • Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits; notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory • Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items, and issues and credits materials from the inventory management point-of-use system. • Labels bins and handles requests to change pars; maintains clean and orderly stock locations.
