Receiving Warehouse Attendant River Spirit Casino Resort | Procurement | Full Time Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Summary: Responsible for providing services for the Warehouse Department. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the MNGE's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the receipt, storage, delivery and inspection of all items received at the receiving dock and stored in the warehouse. • Follow established policies and procedures for the inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects and arrange for return of defective material, as assigned. • Follow established policies and procedures for coordinating the requisition of materials from the warehouse to user departments. • Responsible for transferring and transporting all materials from Warehouse to user departments. • Follow established policies and procedures to insure that the warehouse facilities are kept clean, safe and orderly at all times. • Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional and safe work environment. • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. • Attend all necessary training or required meetings; provide logs, reports, or information requests. • Additional duties as assigned. Education: HS Diploma or GED; ability to read, write and understand English; and/or combination of education & experience. Experience: Basic math and computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous customer service experience preferred; experience in warehousing or casino/hotel preferred.
