Core Job Summary: The Nurse Navigator 1 (H) liaises between patients, families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary care team to provide appropriate information and resources during the diagnostic evaluation. The incumbent demonstrates a commitment to quality patient care, implements creative and innovative ways to meet the diverse needs of the patients, and ensures best practices. Adjunct Lecturer in Online Nursing PMHNP Program Fully Remote • Remote-USA - x, MA 00000 Overview Position Type Adjunct Description The Richard and Sheila Young School of Nursing is seeking applicants for adjunct online teaching positions in the rapidly growing graduate nurse practitioner and DNP programs. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Graduate Online Nursing, these positions work collaboratively with the Dean of Nursing, Assistant Dean of Nursing, and Graduate Program Directors and in partnership with our online partners. All nurse practitioner certification specialties are accepted for consideration with psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program being a priority. Essential Functions • Teach online nursing students admitted at various entry points (for example, associate degree through doctoral). • Deliver online teaching content via Moodle online learning management platform (didactic and/or practicum content). • Problem-solve and provide course oversight maintain ongoing, professional, clear, and consistent communication with students, Course Coordinators, Program Directors, Associate Dean or Assistant Dean of Online Nursing, and others as necessary through various modalities including electronic email, telephone calls, text messages or virtual meetings. • Adhere to Regis College's policy for faculty course presence, grading turnaround time, and student response time. • Maintain and attend required office hours. • Maintain expertise in online teaching methodologies. • Complete end-of-course evaluations. • Attend all Adjunct Faculty mandatory meetings called by Course Coordinator and others, as requested. • Complete midterm and final grade reports in a timely manner. • Provide students alternative learning experiences. • Hold group meetings, drop-ins, and study groups for students as needed. Other Responsibilities • Monitor student participation in courses. • Assist in connecting students with resources offered by the college Qualifications Requirements • Doctoral Degree preferred (degree in process considered); Master's Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner Certification; CNE preferred and/or Online teaching course work preferred. • Active and unencumbered RN/APRN licensure in home state and RN license in Massachusetts prior to employment for all NP tracks; maintain active licensure throughout teaching. • Active APRN practice, if applicable, in-home state, for all NP specialty clinical/didactic courses. • Other credentials will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending upon the experience and expertise of the applicant. • Teaching Experience: Current experience with online teaching preferred. • Technology Experience: Microsoft Word and Excel; Zoom for conducting synchronous meetings; various learning management platforms; consistent and reliable internet access; reliable personal computer; consistent and reliable phone service. • Willingness to obtain licensure in related states per BON requirements. What You'll Do • Perform daily data entry for new and renewed loans, loan advances, maintenance requests, and loan payments within the Bank's core system • Review loan approvals and closing conditions to ensure all requirements have been satisfied prior to funding • Process loan funding entries and disbursements accurately and in balance with approved documentation • Maintain loan account information and perform required loan servicing activities • Assist with monthly reporting requirements, including FHLB, SBA, and PCBB reporting • Review internal reports and exception reports to identify and resolve missing or inaccurate loan data • Review loan agreements and enter covenant tracking and monitoring ticklers as needed • Verify the accuracy of loan maintenance and payment processing activities • Ensure electronic loan documents are uploaded and stored properly within the Bank's filing systems • File and maintain both physical and electronic loan documentation • Assist customers and bank personnel with loan-related inquiries and requests • Support loan operations staff with notices, transaction posting, and general operational duties • Review general ledger accounts, internal loan accounts, floor plans, and holding accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies • Review daily operational reports and assist management with compliance-related reporting • Assist with mortgage filings, UCC filings, participation payments, insurance tracking, and paid-out processing • Process mortgage escrow transactions and support insurance and tax disbursements • Provide backup support for annual reviews and other departmental responsibilities • Perform Loan Operations Specialist responsibilities as needed • Recognize and report potential fraud, scams, phishing attempts, and other suspicious activity • Stay current on banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance requirements Requirements Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; finance, accounting, or other business-related fields preferred • Experience: 3-4 years of general banking experience • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation • High level of professionalism and integrity • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning • Ability to work onsite and maintain regular attendance based on business needs Preferred Qualifications • 2 years of commercial and/or commercial real estate loan servicing experience • 2 years of loan data entry experience • Experience with loan funding, loan operations, and regulatory reporting • Knowledge of commercial lending documentation and loan servicing processes
