Papio NRD District Secretary – Full-Time Join the PAPIO NRD Team! The Papio Natural Resources District is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented District Secretary to provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support for District programs and projects. This position plays a vital role in the efficient operation of the District and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, public-service environment. What you'll do: Serves as receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting the public Prepares correspondence and reports while providing administrative support to project managers with RFPs, contracts, research, and data entry Provides information to the public about District programs and recreation areas What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of three years of secretarial or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.) Possess excellent communication, organizational, proofreading, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
