Responsibilities • Ensure each and every guest entering the FBO/hotel has an exceptional experience • Answer incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner • Negotiate rental contracts with guests • Open and close rental contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurate • Respond to and investigate guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner • Assist all guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person • Understand and communicate information regarding Go Rentals products, services, and policies to new and existing clients • Ensure that all cars are cleaned by the close of business; wash and detail vehicles as needed • Prepare and present vehicles for guest rental; ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned • Perform pick-up and drop-off service for guests either renting or returning vehicles • Grow and expand guest base by building and maintaining rapport with key guests, identifying new guest opportunities, and delivering exemplary guest service Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Valid unrestricted driver's license • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable • Experience in sales and customer service • Must be 21 years of age or older • Excellent communication skills • Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality, preferred • Willingness to travel for extended periods • Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy, preferred • College degree, preferred • Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.

Student Records Generalist The Student Records Generalist is a flexible support position cross-trained to support core University Registrar functions. The position supports a wide range of enrollment services and student records processing in a caring, timely, and accurate manner. The individual adheres to office, federal, state, and University policy and procedures and interacts with students, parents, faculty, staff, outside agencies and the general public. The Student Records Generalist plays a key role in the effective operation of all teams with the University Registrar's Office (UREG). The position will work closely with colleagues to ensure operations are delivered effectively and that there is appropriate support for day-to-day processes within the team to run smoothly. The position helps ensure capacity and expertise across UREG to manage variable workflow peaks across the academic year and expertly support continuous operations as UREG engages in university-wide projects and implementations. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact/communicate with a diverse population in an effort to promote exceptional customer service. • Strong organizational/time management skills. • Ability to make independent decisions utilizing complex guidelines. • Strong data and records management skills. • Demonstrate general office skills and proficiency with MS Office. Job Duties 20% - Veterans' Benefit Certifications: • Maintain status as a VA certifying official. • Completing VA certifications as needed by the Veterans' Benefit Coordinator. • Facilitate record keeping and quality assurance procedures. 20% - General Registrar Support: • Develops positive relationships across the department and the university, providing assistance to colleagues on all aspects of UREG processes. • Cross training across other office functions and processes as further areas of need are identified. • Provide ongoing, expert backfill within UREG to support fluctuations in staffing due to university-wide projects and implementations. 20% - Enrollment Services Support: • Perform registration and schedule adjustments. 10% - Degree Progress and Audit: • Process major/minor declarations. • Process degree program substitutions. • Process final semester underload requests. • Support degree audit as needed by the Degree Audit Manager. 10% - Transfer Credit Evaluation: • Enter transfer credit on student records for pre-matriculated and current students. • Respond to transfer credit inquiries as needed by the Transfer Credit Coordinator. 10% - Student Records Maintenance: • Perform personal information adjustments. • Produce transcripts and enrollment verifications. • File and reconcile document images. • Build off-line student records into Banner. 10% - Customer Service Interactions: • Support front-end customer service at times of peak traffic and/or limited staffing. • Provide appropriate and professional customer service during all interactions (in person and by phone). • Refer internal and external customers to the appropriate department for assistance. • Respond to inquiries received via the University Registrar's Office general email account and other office accounts as needed.
