As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being. Primary Responsibilities: • May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet • Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager • Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required • Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client • You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualification: • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation State-Specific Requirements: • WA: Must be certified by the Washington Department of Health Preferred Qualifications: • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire • 6+ months of home care experience • Ability to work flexible hours and independently Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $23.50 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Responsibilities • Introduce and sell the Elements Wellness Program while working toward established membership and conversion goals. • Promote massage packages, gift cards, session upgrades, enhancements, and additional visits. • Convert telephone and in-person inquiries into scheduled appointments. • Greet every client warmly and help maintain a calm, welcoming studio environment. • Listen to each client's needs and match them with an appropriate massage therapist and service. • Clearly explain studio services, pricing, membership options, and policies. • Accurately schedule and manage appointments using Mindbody. • Process sales, payments, membership transactions, and client checkouts accurately. • Protect client privacy and maintain appropriate confidentiality. • Respond to client questions and concerns professionally, involving management when necessary. • Address schedule changes and urgent appointment issues promptly. • Complete routine studio checks to maintain cleanliness and ensure supplies are available. • Follow up with clients to encourage rebooking and continued studio engagement. • Communicate effectively with management, providers, and other team members. • Attend required meetings, complete assigned tasks by their deadlines, and contribute to a positive workplace. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Reliable availability for PM shifts, generally from 2:30-10 p.m. • Ability to work the required evening schedule consistently and arrive on time. • Previous sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in person. • Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills. • Comfortable discussing membership options, pricing, and service recommendations with clients. • Detail-oriented and able to schedule appointments and process payments accurately. • Comfortable learning Mindbody and other web-based scheduling and point-of-sale systems. • Able to follow established sales, service, operational, and privacy procedures. • Calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling client concerns or schedule changes. • Dependable, adaptable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. • Retail, hospitality, spa, salon, or wellness-industry experience is a plus. • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
