We're on the hunt for a Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources team. This position offers hands-on experience in basic HR principles, practices and employment regulations. Pay:$22.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate on experience What You'll Be Doing: • Support the Employee Relations (ER) team through administrative assistance and documentation management. • Support and assist the recruitment and onboarding process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. • Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation. • Track, file, and maintain compliance-related documentation and support internal audits. • Provide general administrative and project support. • Support compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations. • Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative or support role preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. • Strong understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and employment regulations. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Needed Availability Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p Physical Requirements: • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
